No drivers available. If I unistall the device it comes back.

Currently I have it disabled. What is this 'device' and where can I find a driver for it (HP says there are no Windows 7 specific drivers available.) That suggests that you don't have chipset drivers installed for your notebook. I'm not sure why they aren't available through Windows Update, but I've had the same problem with my laptop (nVidia chipset, AMD CPU). Internet download manager with key and crack free download.
